The Empire Village Planning Commission is reviewing the village's parks and recreation priorities section of the village Master Plan.
At its meeting Sept. 2, commission chairman Paul Skinner said while the Master Plan is only two years old the village has already accomplished the first major task on the parks and recreation list.
